We had a fire in January, 2025. They responded quickly, but the crew they sent had ZERO care for our stuff, some of it looks like they broke it on purpose. We got back a fraction of what they took, my dryer came back but my washer didn't, apparently they saran wrapped it full of wet clothes for a couple of months... my fragile things like snow globes were ruined, I hot back half of my shoes, by half I mean 1 of each pair.. anything elastic or rubber was completely unusable, my dishes?? Nothing came back but a few odds and ends, maybe 6 of my towels. They didn't clean anything, dryer sheets in the boxes to kill smoke odors... they picked and chose what they took or left behind..they destroyed my furniture. in short, this company is very unprofessional and unpredictable. I really can't recommend this company. The only reason they got started from me is that when they learned we were being pushed back into our unfinished house they got what was left of our stuff back a week earlier than it would have been.

I had a house fire in July 2023. I met with a rep from CRDN and was informed to place all the items I wanted salvaged in the garage. They charged for storing and resetting appliances that they they never touched. The dishwasher that they charged for still had dishes in it. The washer still had clothes inside of it. All items sat in the garage from July 2023 to March 2024. When I got the reports back several items were missing. I asked several times from July 2023 to March 2024 for them to deliver the items but the rep refused to give me my stuff back and told me she did not want to deliver them until I had a place. But I requested for them to be delivered to a family members home that I was at until March 2024. I finally had my items delivered in March of 2024 and they delivered items that were not mine and items of mine that were broken. I specifically requested for them to salvage a family airloom, a grandfather clock that is valued at over 5,000.00 and I was notified at delivery that they did not have it. The rep who handled the transaction told me she works remotely and doesn’t handle these things but she was the one who handled the entire transaction. She told me that the clock was being repaired in Kansas City but could not provide me with the company name or number. The owners son who delivered the remaining items told me that I was being emotional and that he did agree that someone stole my items and that it has happened before. He told me he would have to ask his mom who is the owner and the owner did not know. I am missing a kitchen table, an armoire, a couch, a love seat, a grandfather clock, 2 bedframes, 3 dressers, 2 bedroom end tables, a coffee table, 1 entry way table, 1 large glass TV stand, 1 entry way bench, 2 end tables from my living room, and my TV cord. I had a 3 bedroom home and they gave none of my furniture back. The only items I got back were kitchen items. All of my stuff is gone. There is only one item that is referenced in the report from the mitigation company that CRDN works with and it’s a line item of 500.00 of miscellaneous items that were thrown away. The items missing are over 10,000.00 and no one can tell me where my stuff and it’s very obvious that it is stolen.

Had a house fire my husband hired them n let me tell u they by far the worst company they came into our stole items didn’t tell us they were coming took it upon themselves to throw away items n then was supposed to rush us clothes for us to wear never got them when they brought out stuff back they brought nothing back cleaned they threw dryer sheets to take smell away put one item in boxes and gave us back crap that was burnt but threw away totes that were not damaged I don’t recommend these people they are thief’s n liars n take advantage of others
