Did a restoration job on my mom's house. Told her initially 3 months. Took about a year and a half. During the entire process she struggled to contact them. They didn't return calls or contact her back in a timely basis. When it was "done" we went there and so many things were either screwed up or missing or just didn't work at all. The doors aren't level. Cupboards were put in unlevel and wonky. There's missing light and outlet covers. The egress windows aren't even finished right. None of the trim work and the windows weren't caulked and now they're rotting out. They took her to the cleaners and charged her a ridiculous amount for a shady job.

This company is a fraud. They prey on older customers. It has been 9 months to repair some water damage from a burst pipe last winter. Almost nothing has been done. They dont return calls, they wont do the work. I had to step in to help my father with this. We are in the midst of legal action with them now. Now I have to find someone else to actually do the work after wasting the entire Summer on this. Stay away, you have been warned!

I witnessed build pro company truck this morning after some suv passed him, ignorantly get on the suv's bumper and turn ur high beam lights on them at the stop light, then proceeded to ride their bumper and follow them. Disregarding a potential wreck that would have hurt more than ur 2 vehicles. How dumb to do that in a company vehicle as well. Try being better to people. I followed other person and provided them with my number I recorded the situation.if they wanted to report u.

Very slow and low-quality results. Their work is equivalent to a bad do-it-yourselfer who didn't even bother to watch youtube. I deeply regret letting these people touch my home. I could have hired a couple high schoolers to do a better job.

I dont know who these guys are and i havent used them yet. BUT, my wife was unloading a uhaul forher sick mom while i was stuck at work and 2 of their employees saw her struggling and stop to help her. It they have people onthe staff like that i believe they would treat you right.Thank you.
