I had a wonderful experience! My water heater flooded right before Thanksgiving and made a huge mess! They were out within hours to start the clean up! Sal was amazing at coordinating the restoration, and even worked as close to the holidays as he could to get my house in order! Can't say enough about the help we received working with Paul Davis Restoration of Asheville. Like so many Western North Carolina residents our home was badly damaged due to fallen trees through our roof during Hurricane Helene on September 27, 2024. We called Sharon Green who showed up within 24 hours of our call. We were so impressed by her knowledge and level of professionalism we hired her on the spot. Even with so many new customers on their docket they took care of us in a timely fashion and were extremely attentive to our questions and concerns. Their subcontractors were professional and efficient as they worked to repair our home. Sharon Green walked us through the entire insurance process and handled all estimates that needed to be addressed by our insurance carrier. We'd use Paul Davis Restoration anytime in the future should the need arise. Thank you for restoring our home and making it even better than we found it.

Crew arrived on time & removed all flooring, affected drywall & insulation. Being very careful with our personal items, they removed all contaminated materials from our home. ... Special thanks to Ana, Cynthia, Colin, Christian & Reginaldo. A large pod was placed on our property for construction to begin. Project Mgr. Billy was very professional & thorough. We returned from vacation to a plumbing leak in the main bathroom. Little did we know how extensive it was until Paul Davis Restoration arrived. They immediately began to install equipment to dry out our bathroom, closet and bedroom. They arrived daily over a week to test areas that were damaged by water. After a few days it was evident all our belongings needed to be removed from the affected areas. Two female employees, one being Cynthia and her coworker who couldn't have weighed 110lbs, wrapped and removed all bedroom furniture to our garage! This was not light furniture! Over the remaining days, carpet, pad, drywall, trim, insulation etc. was removed and disposed of. Today all equipment was removed and now we can begin putting our house back in order. We found the staff we had interaction with, over six individuals were caring and thoughtful of our property. We would recommend this company with out reservations to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.
