We had an upstairs leak and contacted Paul Davis Restoration based on recommendation from our plumber. They came out quickly, and handled both mitigation and restoration. Frank, David and team did a great job with mitigation. They were professional and courteous the whole time - working with the insurance company, working with us around Holiday schedules. We worked with Chris Johnson on the restoration, and he was also professional and did great job with restoration and keeping us informed on the progress.

I am truly thankful for Frank and Clint from PaulDavis and the care they showed throughout the restoration process. Frank went above and beyond by coordinating with the plumbers to make sure my home was in good hands, but what meant the most to me was that he genuinely listened to my concerns. He took the time to help me communicate with the adjuster and clearly explained what he observed, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Frank then had Clint come out to handle the restoration, and Clint was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and very transparent about each step of the process. He always explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, and kept me updated on when he was arriving and leaving. Most importantly, Clint did what was right for my home, and that gave me great peace of mind. Clint was amazing, and I am very grateful for both of them.

Our experience with Paul Davis has been terrible. The first contact who worked with our insurance agency to approve the work was fantastic, and every other person we have come into contact with was truly awful. The representative managing our work lied to us regarding when the mitigation work would start, leading us to sleep on the floor for over 2 weeks as we removed the furniture from our home in preparation. The subcontractor who performed the prep work confirmed this to me. Multiple people who were not seemingly affiliated with any company (no shirts with a company name, no company van/truck, etc.) were in and out of the home with no communication to us. Workers who were authorized to be at our home would leave random people at our house with no warning or discussion, and when our PaulDavis represenative was contacted with our concerns, it took hours to receive a response while a stranger was in our home. We called the national hotline looking for help and they could not provide any answers and did nothing to remedy the situation. Once the work was finalized, the billing process was a nightmare. It was unclear to us the total amount due, and after paying what was the only formally provided amount, a third invoice for additional hundreds of dollars was requested. We were very communicative with Paul Davis about our concerns and stated we would not pay this invoice without clarity of where it stemmed from. While working this third invoice out with Paul Davis and our insurance, and after a month of no contact from Paul Davis, we were sent a notice of intent to lien our home. The intent to lien was never mentioned to us in the process of solving the invoice discrepancy. We paid the invoice to make this nightmare end and avoid an unwarranted lien but remain appalled and disgusted at Paul Davis' business practices. We strongly do not recommend them for any work.

In early February 2025, we experienced significant water damage to our home. We promptly contacted our insurance company, and within 36 hours, they had Paul Davis Restoration on-site. A fantastic team of professionals arrived — I affectionately referred to them as "the demolition team." My husband and I both were impressed with their professionalism. Each team member introduced themselves politely and made a point to explain what they were doing, which helped put us at ease during a stressful time. Their responsiveness and respectful approach made a difficult situation much more manageable. Team Ray, Dillion and Alvin was very polite introducing themselves as they arrived and they were very respectful when entering your home. Mr.Alvin( I hope I said his name correctly) went above and beyond actively talking with us and explaining step by step what he was doing and What would take place next. Addressing us by our names as if he knew us personally I love that( Keep up the great customer service guys) Just a great group of men that I would recommend and definitely use their service again if I ever need it. After the demo crew finished up, the painters and carpet team came in and did an amazing job. They were super professional and everything looked great. If they accidentally got paint on the floor or missed something, all I had to do was call the rep in charge, and they had someone out within 24 hours to fix it—no hassle at all. I really appreciated how quick and responsive they were anytime something needed to be corrected. The person that coordinated everything kept me updated every week, letting me know what was going to happen next. If I had a question or concern, he took care of it right away. I give Paul Davis Reconstruction a 10 out of 10—they were prompt, reliable, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home. Again thank you to the amazing Paul Davis Reconstruction team — Ray, Alan, Clint, Jaylen, Rene, Richard, Justin, and Fred. You all were truly awesome throughout the entire process, and your kindness, professionalism, and positive energy did not go unnoticed.
