In my opinion, I would avoid Arco’s moving and storage services at all costs. Arco moved my antique and higher end furniture; stored it for six months; and moved furniture back to into my home. I was shocked at the number of family antiques , including Baker dining room table, beds Pembroke tables, etc. and other higher end furniture that were damaged, it truly was a “Demolition Derby” .Total damage totaled over 5000+ dollars and I am still finding damage over a year later. I took photos; compiled extensive documentation; and sent in a reports with no response. Secondly, I TRIED phoning the Supervisor. I phoned Supervisor for 5-6 months….my calls were not returned. Arco finally responded and reluctantly acknowledged my damage 6 months later. It was a nightmare which I would avoid at all cost. Even if you have to pay a little more , hire a quality mover it’s worth it. Life is too short to PAY for problems of this scale.

We had a water leak in our attic and our insurance company sent out ARCO. They removed the damaged baseboards, cut a hole in our ceiling where the water leaked through and removed the trim around the bedroom door. I’ll give them two stars because they were prompt about coming and drying everything out. However, once everything was dried out, we decided to stick with them for repairs. However, they basically told us the repairs/ estimate from the insurance company was too small and the gentleman referred us to someone who does work at his house. When I submitted the estimate from our insurance company to them, I asked for a copy of theirs so that I could submit it to our insurance company for review and possible supplemental payment. Never received their estimate which led us to believe they didn’t want our business.

I highly recommend Arco Restoration! We had a drain leak which a plumber fixed. Arco Restoration came in to mitigate the damage saved clean up. They were very responsive, showing up (on time) the day we contacted them. It's very stressful any time you have damage to your house. Arco Restoration was very professional and friendly, stepping us through the whole process. Their pairing with all our questions and uncertainty is admirable. We worked with Frank to schedule the mitigation and demo work. He worked with us and accommodated our schedule. Jose came out to do the mitigation, demo, and drying out work. Jose was very professional and respectful of our property while he was doing the work. He explained in detail what he was doing and why it was being done. He made sure we understood the work and answered all our questions. Jose was very polite during his visits! After the work drying out the from the drain leak, we discovered we also had a water pipe leak (in the same area) that needed to be dried out again. Again we worked with Frank and Jose and got top-notch service! Again, I highly recommend Arco Restoration. If you have a choice, ask to work with Frank and Jose!

My husband and I have been thoroughly pleased with ARCO Restoration. We had water damage that affected our master bathroom in addition to our 1st and 2nd floors. Our project manager Kyle has gone OVER & BEYOND to ensure that we have the best project outcome. He is very understanding, patient, flexible, easy to work with, and is all for helping the client! Kyle even arranged professional cleaning services to come out to our home multiple times throughout the duration of the project to clean the areas of construction/repair. Our master bathroom and 1st and 2nd floors look BETTER than their original state when we first purchased our home. I am in love with the final outcomes and could not have asked for a better experience. Please consider ARCO Restoration for all your home project and restoration needs, and definitely ask for Kyle!
