Linda and her entire crew from CRDN in New Jersey are absolute rock stars. After flooding from the floor above impacted two rooms in our home, their team stepped in and handled an incredibly complex job with care, precision, and speed. They carefully moved out two fully furnished rooms, including rugs, curtains, large furniture pieces, multiple detailed, hand-carved wooden model ships, and significant pieces of precious artwork. Everything was documented, protected, and treated with respect. Once the restoration and painting work was complete, the crew returned and put every single item back exactly where it had been—as if nothing had ever been moved. Because of additional dust from the painting crew, Linda’s team went above and beyond with extra cleaning. Within four hours, every item in the house looked immaculate and brand new. Rugs and curtains were professionally cleaned, and as an added bonus, they even repaired two drawers that had been damaged on the day of the flood—something we truly appreciated and did not expect. Beyond their technical skill, the entire team was friendly, courteous, and genuinely happy to be there helping us. Their positive attitude and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier to get through. I would highly recommend Linda, her crew, and everyone at CRDN without hesitation. An outstanding team from start to finish.

When we returned home after two months away, we discovered that a pipe had burst and our basement and garage were filled with mold. At first, we were led to believe that we would have to throw everything we owned in a dumpster. This included all of my fabric as a quilter, my clothes stored in the basement, and all of the books that my husband had collected in his small office from over 50 years of college teaching. When we were connected with CRDN, Anthony came out to look over the situation. He assured us that all of the things we valued could be saved and described the process that would occur in our home and also at the cleaning facilities of the company. He was thoughtful and kind, and he listened carefully to what we had to say. He answered our questions and let us know that he would quickly be available if we called or texted his number. In addition, he met with the insurance adjuster and helped us to understand what work would be covered. His staff was professional and went beyond the required work to be sure that things that were precious to us were cared for. We highly recommend CRDN, and particularly Anthony, if you find yourself in a similar situation.
