NJ Manufacturers Insurance Company sent out Royal Restorations to do the remediation of a flood in my house due to a broken filtered water line. There was severe damage to our flooring and flooding in the basement. Everything had to come out. The laminate flooring, tile below, and underlayment all had to be ripped out. Base cabinets, counter tops, sink, etc. were removed. They did a fine job and when it came time for me to get a contractor to do the restoration I asked Royal for a bid along with two other contractors. Royal was not the lowest bid, actually they were midway between the high and low bid. I was so pleased with their work on the remediation and their punctuality that I decided to go with Royal. I was glad that I did. The guys showed up every day, on time and ready to work. Bates, Jose, Juan and Noah were a pleasure to have in my house and did an excellent job on all aspects of the job, including sheet rock, flooring, tiling, trim work, and carpentry. Harry Cutter, their Owner/Boss was a pleasure to work with. He made regular appearances to check on things and pitched right in when needed. They were all friendly, courteous, and professional. The job was completed in an expedient manner and on time. I am happy to recommend Royal Restoration to anyone in need of remediation, restoration or all around construction.
