My shore home suffered water significant water damage on all three floors during a small remodeling job. My wife and I were distraught. It was recommended that we contact Lacovera Public Adjusters. I am fortunate that we did. The damage was extensive and Matt carefully explained the process of filing an insurance claim and what would be required on my end to expedite the process. While the entire process was emotionally draining, Matt explained each step and reassured us that we would be made whole. The claim approval, hiring a contractor and extensive repairs took one year. Matt ensured that everything damaged was replaced and we finished the reconstruction within the negotiated budget. I can't thank Lacovera Public Adjusters enough. I highly recommend them.

Matthew was committed to ensuring that I would get the necessary financial assistance I needed for my home repairs .I only owed my home for 3 yrs , I discovered a slow leak in the floors that created extensive damage to the home.This leak wouldn’t have been found during inspection of the home prior to purchase.
