This company is fantastic. I had to store 3 bedrooms and living room furniture due to a pipe leak. From the initial assessment to the return of my furniture everything was meticulously done. All of my belongings were handled with TLC, documented, wrapped and returned with absolutely no issues. The staff members were all polite, courteous, professional, and friendly from the Owner Rami, the Office Manager Cathy, to all the moving staff. Our experience with CRDN was wonderful! We had an unexpected leak so of course we were not planning on a whole home pack and move out! Cathy from CRDN coordinated everything with seemless perfection! A CRDN team, under oversight of Andrew, came to my home on March 31 to pack and move furniture from office, living area and dining room into a 'pod'. They took excellent care in the packing of all our furniture (esp. some glass tops for tables) and used many blanket-type pads and plastic wrap to ensure no damage. They worked as a well-oiled piece of equipment, each member working quickly and efficiently. They were all very polite and a pleasure to have in my home. On April 8, they returned to move the furniture back into the house, and were equally efficient and careful. There were some different team members, so obviously all the employees are well-trained and polite. They took great care in the unwrapping and placement of all furniture and rugs, and cleaned up all blankets and plastic when completed. They assisted in placing the rugs in the correct positions, and were sure we were happy with all furniture placement prior to leaving. I highly recommend CRDN of Central and Northern New Mexico and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
