It was a slow start to scheduling, but the crew I ended up working with quickly picked up the pace and provided high-quality work. I can’t thank David Quinones and Rich Williams enough. I appreciated that they both kept in touch with me frequently, explained the process to me clearly, and paid attention to every detail. Every tile on the backsplash was scored and broken with a hammer to fit, rather than cut. 3/4 of my kitchen is now covered with broken tile stuck to the wall. The butcher block counters were caulked together and sealed against the wall with mortor rather than a waterproof latex based sealer ( I'm now in the process of chipping away the mortor since it has hardened and cracked.) The paint was and still is incorrect, plus only parts of the wall were cover3d twice. The " vents" for the waterheater are randomly drilled holes in the drywall closet it now resides in, apparantly this was considered ventilation since a metal vent was half-heartedly screwed into the wall cover it. Two days after moving back in, the vent fell off.... The project manager had to be told repeatedly what to purchase for items in the house, so often that we lost two orders at Lowes and had to reorder, adding another 4 weeks to the project. None of the excess materials were left in the garage as we were told. After spending almost 6 months out of our home while dealing with illness related to my deployment in the Army which still plague me today, I was able to send off an email to the CEO with pictures and emails as proof to the poor job done. The response was "I stand by my peoples work, you should have brought this up earlier." I am currently looking into legal help with this both with civilian lawyers and any resources I can be pointed to with the Department of Veterans Affairs since I'm also a 100% disabled combat veteran.

Paul Davis Restoration of NM did some internal and external repairs due water damage. This included painting the stucco on the east side of the house. The paint did not match the rest of the house. I spoke with Terry, the project manager, and he assured me that the paint was the same, since a piece of stucco was used to match the color. As you can see the color is not even close. Paul Davis sent a "paint expert" to look at the house. Nothing has been done to fix this error.

The resto guys are awesome. It's too bad that James is so incredibly inept at his job that not only did they lose my business but four stars as well. He absolutely does not care about the urgency of your repairs. Does not know what he is doing. Does not answer the phone or call you back. I read the other bad reviews and yes yes yes to all of that. Do not use them for repairs. Only good for drying out your home after a flood. Don't think you will get lucky. James is the only one doing repairs. RUN! That's not what happened at all but way to not take any ownership in your poor business dealings. I had to BEG to get anything out of James and my insurance already approved everything. He was too confused to understand it and kept sending me the invoices instead of them. All of your reviews say the same thing so the only common denominator is YOU! BAD SERVICE. Also, it was great when I called the office and got explained that James doesn't do well when he he's overwhelmed with work and that there wasn't any one else who did it. So I did ask for someone else and got denied. Quit lying and do better. I will absolutely tell everyone I know to stay far away. Reviews speak for themselves tho. Keep deflecting.

Wish I could leave 0 stars! Hired them in 2016 for a major Reno/restoration after our house flooded. Terry (the owner) was very difficult to deal with from the beginning and our home felt like a low priority for the company despite the almost $100k contract we signed with them and the fact that we lived in a hotel for over 4 months during the job. He would refer us to places to pick out cabinets, tile and carpet, etc. but the rest was up to us including taking our own measurements. We wound up doing all of the research and shopping and then would pay him to simply make the purchase so he could “get his profit.” The quality of the work was poor and some things already need to be repaired. For example, we picked out floor tile for our master bathroom and laundry room. Paul Davis did the tile in the bathroom and we wound up doing the same tile ourselves, because we were tired of paying Paul Davis, in the laundry room (first time ever doing tile ourselves.) Now 2.5 years later the entire master bathroom floor has broken apart and needs to be completely redone. The grout come out after about a year and every single piece of floor tile can be removed by hand. The laundry room is fine. Over $1,000 sunk. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.
