11/10 recommend this company. Jose and Nikki were a huge help when it came to repairing our home from water and mold damage. It all started in July ‘23 when I noticed mold in our ceiling we went through the process of insurance claims, repairing and taking advantage to do some remodeling. These type of situations can become pretty stressful but Jose was super helpful when it came to the restoration and Nikki was super helpful when it came to the insurance claim. Our house was done in September and it looked beautiful. BUT 3 weeks after we had moved back in, our water heater decided to give up on us and leak water into our house and we had to go through the process again. I made sure we worked with Water Damage Professional’s again because I did NOT want to get another company. Definitely calling Jose for my future house needs!

I would rate Water Damage professionals 10 stars if I could!!! My house suffered a significant water damage event, my insurance company referred me to Water Damage professionals for the mitigation and restoration. I've never in my like had any insurance claim. Nikki and Jose skillfully helped me navigate the experience, from start to finish everything was top notch, each and every crew that came in was excellent, very professional and extremely polite. Their work is top notch, my house is now put back together and better than new! I highly recommend Water Damage professionals In fact my daughter and son-in-law were so impressed with them they will be contracting them for a small remodeling project.

My water heater had a bad leak and caused a lot of mold and water damage in my garage. I got in touch with Jose and his team and they were excellent all the way through the process. He kept me up-to-date on what the next steps were, and the job was completed beautifully. They repaired my walls in the garage and made everything look brand new. After a pipe burst while we were out of town, Water Damage Professionals responded quickly the same day. They immediately began removing the water that was throughout our home. Since we were out of town, Jose Avila and his crew worked with our neighbor who was our contact person on site. After the water was cleaned up, they ran numerous fans to dry the inside of the home for several days. Once we able to returned to see our home, we were met by Jose and he explained what was happening, the process and he worked with us and our insurance company during the entire process. Jose's crew had to pack up our entire house and store it off site. They removed all damaged drywall, treated the water damaged wooden frame walls to prevent mold from growing. The entire tile floor throughout the house had to be removed, which was done quickly and efficiently. The job site was cleaned up so that the reconstruction process could begin. We would highly recommend Water Damage Professionals to anyone who needs their professional services.

This company fixed my water damage & so much more! They helped me navigate the insurance company to fixing the water damage & mold. We were able to replace the entire bathroom, and rebuild it with the tile and cabinets that I picked myself. The entire makeover of the bathroom and shower redone professionally looks so new and modern. We were happy with that work we hired then to work on our other property as well.
