We used this company for remediation and restoration after a water issue in our home and their work was superb. It was thoroughly professional, well-coordinated and done in a very timely fashion. Every person representing Paul Davis who came into our home was highly accommodating and professional. This is probably our best experience ever with home contractors. It was far better to use a company like Paul Davis to handle everything rather than just hiring a remediation company and then hunting around for individual contractors to do the restoration. I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps someone else. We had a pinhole leak behind our refrigerator that caused mold inside the wall of our utility closet. The initial emergency service company (not Paul Davis) immediately pushed us toward an insurance claim, charged excessively for minor tasks, and created unnecessary fear around the situation. After thousands in invoices, the issue still wasn't properly resolved. That's when State Farm referred us to Paul Davis - and specifically Chris Saur - who truly saved the day. Chris and the Paul Davis team professionally cleaned the area, repaired the sheetrock, and installed new flooring in just two days at a much more reasonable cost. We even had an independent hygienist test our air afterward, and the results confirmed our home was completely clear of mold spores and contaminants.

I had a flood in my house and Paul davis came to the rescue. From the very first moment, I spoke with Tina in the office who was so helpful, understanding, and made me feel at ease after the devastation that we were faced with. Rob, Carlos and the crew came in immediately set up fans, took down walls floors, cleaning up the debris and the mold their team was immaculate. Everything was so clean. I was amazed how fast they worked with pride while always informing me of what was going on . Chris is my go to guy for dealing with insurance company and rebuild . We haven’t even started the rebuild and he has been a lifesaver. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, and a god’s blessing on me through this whole thing. I’ll write more during the rebuild. I’m sure.

At an extremely stressful and upsetting time, Chris was attentive and sympathetic from the moment he arrived. He took his time walking us through what would take place and what we had to do. He sent a cleaning crew over within days and they were amazing. They were thorough, unobtrusive and professional. Chris was always available to answer the many questions we had and never made us feel that we were a burden. Chris was more helpful and easier to contact than Allstate. Let me start by saying water damage is no joke. What started as a small leak turned into full-blown chaos in our bathroom and dining room, complete with black mold and a whole lot of stress. It felt like our house was falling apart. I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly ready to breakdown. Then came Paul Davis Restoration of Long Island, like the cleanup-and-rebuild Avengers. From day one, they took care of everything! demolition, mold removal, cleanup, and full restoration. Leading the charge was Christopher Saur, who I now consider part contractor, part superhero. Chris was incredible. He was calm, kind, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. He walked us through every step, answered my million questions (with a lot of patience), and actually cared about getting things done right. He treated our home like it was his own, and that meant a lot. Thanks to Chris and his amazing team, we now have a bathroom that looks incredible, like something out of a magazine. We also worked with Steve during the restoration phase, and he did a great job helping and coordinating the final details. Everyone from the team was professional and respectful. Now, I’ll be honest the process wasn’t lightning fast. It took longer than we hoped, but that was mostly due to insurance delays, not Paul Davis. Once they had the green light, they moved quickly and efficiently. All in all, I’m incredibly grateful to Chris and everyone at Paul Davis. They turned a disaster into something beautiful, and made the whole process way less scary than it could’ve been. Now my family and I can go back to living our lives. If you're dealing with damage in your home, don’t panic just call these guys. Then breathe, and let Chris do his thing. You’ll be glad you did. Paul Davis Restoration handled my water damage after my water heater leaked. They were fantastic from the start! They worked seamlessly with Allstate and my homeowners insurance. Chris Saur ran the project from beginning to end. He was fantastic to deal with. Very professional and most importantly, great communication. Anytime you go through an ordeal like this for the first time there are so many unknowns. Chris kept me well informed the whole way. All of the crews that worked in my house from demolition, mold and asbestos removal and then the reconstruction were all amazing and easy to work with. Alex, who did most of the reconstruction - flooring, painting, drywall, etc was friendly and is a skilled craftsman. All in all, me and my family are extremely satisfied with the work they did. They worked in conjunction with me and Allstate fairly and always tried to do the best for me.
