I hired Bryan Singh to do some renovations in my basement. A small job that can be done quickly said the contractor. Two months since the contract was signed and less than 1/3 of the job has been completed. Here’s the timeline. Contract signed: March 3 for $20k with 50% deposit at signing Expected date of completion: May 4 later revised to May 9 Check for $3,000 cashed in March 4 Check for $7,000 cashed on March 8 Bathroom complete demolition: April 5 First and only trip to Lowes to purchase materials: March 30 This is what has been completed as of May 5: - flooring laid in backroom - Entire apartment painted which is weird considering the bigger jobs are not yet done - Wall paper in the kitchen removed. I’ll update the review if and when the job progresses. Unless the contractor returns and finishes the job I cannot recommend him.

Tari Restoration did an amazing job on our new home. The team under the supervision and leadership of Bryan worked tirelessly on our home for 3 weeks. Bryan promised my wife and I it would be done in 3 weeks and he finished everything in three weeks. He even stayed late on the last day to ensure that everything was cleaned up because we were having furniture delivered the next day. Bryan and his team took care of our home like it was his own. They were meticulous in their work and were compliant with our requests if we noticed anything. They fixed it immediately. Their attention to detail is second to none and is really worth mentioning. Bryan was very responsive to any messages and made sure he was accessible. He even sent daily messages to obtain feedback about what was done and how we perceived the work was going. If anything was found to require further attention we would let him know and he would take care of it by the next day. Bryan also made certain suggestions that could improve the look of our home. He was never pushy with any of his suggestions but just laid it out to give you an idea. There were times we wanted to add something and he helped us remain practical by letting us know that it could either wait or we were wasting money by doing it now because it wouldn't change anything. All in all we were very happy with the services from Tari Restoration which involved painting, demolition, sheetrocking, moulding and flooring. I would highly recommend Bryan and his team and would definitely use them again in the future for any other home needs. Thank you Tari Restoration for bringing our vision of our home to life. We are forever grateful.

Tari Restoration that’s a first level contracting company. We have used them extensively in our brownstone renovations and the results have been far better than superior. You must have patience because you cannot rush perfection but Bryan and his team over deliver time after time. If you’re looking to get something done fast they may not be the company, but if you’re looking to have it done correctly this is the team for you.

Made an appt. for an estimate, contractor (Brian) called me an hour prior to appt. and asked if he can come after 4, I agreed. At 5 I called his cell and he was home and said he couldn’t make it. He then asked if he can come the following morning and I said don’t bother. He didn’t even have the decency to call me and say he wasn’t coming. I will not chase any one to put money in their pocket
