These guys are the absolute best. Carl and his son Brandon make sure that you are updated with all the procedures, they take the time to explain everything in a thorough and concise manner, they have extreme knowledge about their craft, and most importantly they really are the kindest and most helpful people to work with. I felt like they truly cared and they helped my Mom and I out during a very difficult time with our claim. I called Carl and his son Brandon for an insurance claim due to a broken pipe in my ceiling. Carl and Brandon are currently guiding me through the process. So far they have been on time and very honest and respectful with a fantastic hard working team. I am still currently going through the process with Carl and Brandon by my side. I will give a final review after the process is completed. Dealing with this particular company I know the five stars will remain the same! Part 2 , now that the process of my bathroom and kitchen completed. Carl and Brandon along with the rest of their crew made this experience massively easier to deal with. NY FIRE Water & Mold came to our rescue! We previously searched everywhere for an asbestos abatement company; most others wouldn't even return our calls or come to do an estimate in person. Carl and Brandon were extremely friendly and patient throughout the ENTIRE job. They provided an in-person estimate and thoroughly walked us through the process of abatement in 3 rooms of our home, the materials we were dealing with, and how each day of the job would pan out. Everyone on the job was thorough and careful from setting up the containment area, to removal, and clean up. They communicated with next steps and were always a quick phone call away when we had even the most minor questions or concerns. Even for this large scale job, the pricing was VERY fair for the timeliness, quality of work, and peace of mind we received. From my first phone call, the guys at this company have been so amazing and helpful. They managed to take what is inherently a stressful process and make it as pleasant as possible. Brandon is such a nice guy and really walks you through every steps of the process. Several months ago my daughter discovered water on the floor in the laundry room. The water heater was 15 years old so I figured it was about time for replacement. Had the water heater replace and less than two weeks later it was wet again but this time it was worse and the flooring in the family room was wet as well. We called the plumber and he advised me that it was in fact the heating system boiler and not the water heater that was the issue. The plumber also called NYFWM to come because of the amount of water damage. Brandon and his team arrived and immediately went into action. He helped us file the claim with the insurance company and began taking up the floor to remove the water and reduce the chance for mold. At this time it was discovered that we had asbestos tile and that we were going to need to have that removed. Carl and Brandon helped us to negotiate with the insurance company and connected us with the proper people to remove the asbestos. Once we had a date in mind Brandon and his men came to the house and helped me move everything from the downstairs into a container on the driveway. They made everything fit and got us ready for the abatement. Everything went really well with that and we were now ready to get someone in to repair the damage. NYFWM submitted an estimate to the insurance company in order to get us the most money for the repairs. The repairs have since been made and now they are going to help us move everything back inside so that we can start to get the house back in order and get the container out of the driveway. Every single step from start to finish was a delight and Carl, Brandon and his team are just amazing people. DO NOT trust anyone else if you need any work of this kind. Please do yourself a favor and use NYFWM, you will be glad you did.

I think we dealt with every single one of the guys on the team, and if I could give them ten billion stars I would! Absolutely amazing experience working with Carl and his team! I had a leak in my wall that caused some water damage, my plumber recommended I reach out to Carl and within a couple hours he showed up with a team of guys, completely cut out all the damaged areas, treated for mold and got the area setup to dry. They helped us file a claim with the insurance company as well so we didn't have to deal with any of that headache. It was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders having such a competent company to help us out!! Hands down recommend these guys 10/10.
