Love this place. They have become my new go to tailor/dry cleaner. In my opinion, prices are better than anywhere I’ve visited on the UES. They are so kind and quick with any job you give them no matter how long you say to take. I bring lots of high end clothing here which comes out great every time. Highly recommend to anyone! Always recommend them to clients at the retail store I work at on Madison.

Shrunk my $600 suit. Only time I ever spent that much money on a suit before...Got it back, I couldn't even fit in the pants anymore. I went to the guy, said it fit perfect the day before I gave it to you. He says I don't know what to tell you. Didn't reimburse me for my ruined suit.

Good local dry cleaner. Service is excellent and I never wait more than a few minutes for pickup or drop off. I have dropped off dry cleaning and large laundry items like duvet covers. The only nit which keeps this from being 5 stars is the detergent used for laundry smells bad. I've asked them to use unscented detergent and that has worked better.

The guy who runs this place is so nice. He remembered my name after my first visit. They send the laundry out, so that service is pretty standard and not always my favorite, but it's fast and they do a good job with the dry cleaning. I haven't had any tailoring done by their new tailor yet, but I've seen her working on some very complex adjustments for other people. She seems good. The best thing is, you can pick up on Sundays! Oh man! That makes such a difference. I don't think any other cleaners in the area are open 7 days a week.

Solid staple for dry cleaning. Do a good job with every garment I tried on them including my wedding dress. Only once they altered a bit one of my cashmere scarf. But they did a great job with cashmere blankets and all other items.

I had a pair of brand new jeans that I took there for hem an waist alterations. I asked them to use the original hem and take in the waist in the back. The waist was fine although it wasn't the best quality. The hems turned out awful; I steamed them multiple times but they looked awkward and wouldn't stay in place. I took it back and asked Jake to fix it. He said they would figure out how to fix it. I emphasized to make sure it's not short. Sure enough, I got my jeans back and they are too short and they threw the pieces of hem out, so I can't do anything about it now. Terrible job and poor quality.

This cleaners does not only do the best work for clothing and mold he is also the nicest person . I trusted him to clean my 70s and 80s rock and roll tour jackets jake knew how important and valuable they were so he handled them with kid gloves and they came out beautifully. I m going to lend them to him frame them and let him display them in his store for people to view I have Aerosmith Scorpions Nugent AC/DC beatlemania jon Bon Jovi and Bill graham on the green I should frame them come see them when your dropping off your laundry . I’ll ask jake if anyone asks him to see them if they do I’ll be glad to bring them in they are beautiful and they have a load of stories being on the road as management for 10 years with my husband David krebs
