Absolutely unethical & unprofessional. They came to my home, stating that they were insurance inspectors and needed to inspect my property in order to bid new homeowners insurance, neither had credentials, business cards or any form of ID. Upon asking a few simple questions it was clear these men were lying about who they were and what their intentions were. They used different names and when asked to repeat their names they refused to do so. A man named Dan called after I called the police immediately after they left and filed an police report and he openly admitted that him and another man named Noah were not insurance inspectors but in reality real estate investors , he would not give me the office address, neither of their full names only a web site to make his claim credible. I have video surveillance and phone conversations in which I clearly stated to both Noah and Dan that they were being recorded on my home surveillance, neither of them cared as the continued to mis represent them selves and conducting unethical business practice. I have sent both video and audio recording directly to the Better Business Bureau, Ohio Department of administrative services and The Ohio Department of Commerce. As a mortgage and real estate professional, what these men have tried to do is absolutely disgusting, I could not help but think of an elderly individual being feed this load of lies in attempt to conduct unethical real estate transactions. Responding to the company's review response- I have clear video and audio evidence proving you two clearly stating upon introduction you we're insurance inspectors, not real estate investors, I will be very eager to supply both video and audio of you misrepresenting yourself then admitting later when you called me that you shouldn't have said you were insurance inspector. Further more - any real estate investor would have did a property search from the property county, to determine the owner or owners of said property, which you did not do and yet again, clearly admitted on our telephone call which was recorded. Also, Dan called me this afternoon , very aggressive, demanding why I left a review. I clearly stated your business practice are not ethical and I've reported him to all agency, especially Cincinnati Board of realtors. Dan, the owner, continues his harassment and intimidation, all because him and his employee lied about who they were and were caught on video and audio doing so, in attempt to enter my property. I have notified the sheriff department about the harassment as well.
