My family experienced a house fire and had multiple issues with the contractor and our incurance. It is sad to pay for homeowners insurance for so many years and think they are on your side when going through such a traumatic experience only to find out that the adjuster's job is to look out for the company. They will only tell you the bare minimum. You will not even get close to utilizing all the benefits that your policy allows if you just trust in your insurance adjuster. Do your own research or just contact a PUBLIC adjuster. I highly recommend Andrew Konermann. He works for your best interest and is very upfront and honest and is very knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good. When you have so much stress you are dealing with it is very nice to have this kind of service. You can trust you will be in good hands if you go with him!

Andrew with Ohio Public Adjusting came to the rescue with our Allstate water damage claim. My hot water heater burst while we were on vacation and flooded our house. I filed a claim and the next day Allstate sent out a disaster response team. They did a great job drying out the interior walls and floors. The bathroom floors had to be ripped out to get everything dry. Allstate put us in a hotel suite. I spent 3 weeks trying to get ahold of my insurance adjuster with no success. I even had my insurance agent trying to contact my adjuster with no success. I contacted Andrew with OPA and he agreed to take over my claim. Within 3 days he had made contact with my claims adjuster and got the claim moving. Within a month he had settled the claim for about double what I expected insurance would pay. It was worth every penny we paid Andrew@Ohio public adjusting to handle our claim. If I have any future claims Andrew will be the first person I call.
