If you're buying a house or just want to learn more about your property's layout, Mainline is a great option. I've called Patrick twice, once for a pre-purchase sewer inspection and again to help evaluate the drain system. The cost of the inspections has already paid of, saving us money or landscaping quotes and maximizing our driveway repair plans.

With our sewer line in unknown condition as we did an inspection prior to buying our house, we hired Patrick at Mainline Inspection Services, after the recommendation of a friend who also had just recently bought a home. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the sewer line using all his equipment to scan and survey the sewer pipes and system. He provided a very objective and detailed report with video that was super helpful for us. The whole time, Patrick was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. Cannot recommend him enough, 5 stars.

I hired Patrick to do a sewer / drain line inspection at a property that I was buying. Patrick had been recommended by a fellow real estate investor who highly recommended I use Patrick. Patrick was great to work with, clear communication, he arrived on time and did what he said he would do. Very fair pricing and a detailed report. Very satisfied with his work, how he described what he was doing and the progress. Will use him again soon.

Patrick is incredible skilled and honest. When I bought my house I was referred to him and he provided me excellent information about my home plumbing system and mainline. When I was selling my house the potential buyer had their home inspector inspect the mainline and they were clearly not skilled or knowledgeable enough to do it (they ran the camera up the downspout…) and getting an updated video of Patrick’s analysis was perfect. Cannot recommend him enough.

I was from out of town buying a home in Cincinnati. I was in the process of the inspection steps and decided to have my sewer line inspected because the house was built almost 100 years ago. Mainline Inspection was highly referred to me by two people I trust and they didn’t let me down. They did a very thorough inspection, took patient time to explain me the findings and even gave me an idea on how much repairs would cost and what my options were. The really neat part of it is that they don’t do the repair work so he was much easier to trust because he didn’t benefit if I got it repaired. He even had some suggestions for people in the area that have a good reputation that can make the repairs. After showing the seller the report, I was able to get a $7,000 concession that I wouldn’t have received if I didn’t have it inspected. It is well worth the money. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend to my family and friends.

I highly recommend Patrick with Mainline Sewers. Having periodic checks of your sewer line is an important aspect of home maintenance. Most plumbing companies overcharge and oversell. Main Line sewer does upfront, reasonable pricing to help you determine the status of your sewer line so you can make informed decisions without being pressured into being overcharged on for other services. The scheduling process was incredibly easy and Patrick is very professional and writes a thorough report — he even helped with communicating a problem identified with the appropriate municipal plumbers

I had a gutter line backing up every time it rained. I had no idea of where the problem was or what to do about it. I called a couple of companies to see what my options were and how much it would cost. The quotes I received were unbelievably expensive with no guarantee of finding anything. Then I called Patrick who explained what he could do to help me. I won't say this service was cheap, but it was very reasonably priced and I had more confidence in the process. Patrick had no problem with me watching over his shoulder and explaining everything he was doing while he was doing it. He took many pictures along the way and they all ended up in a detailed report I received at the end of the process. Patrick was able to locate the area where the drain line had failed that minimized the amount of work I needed to do to fix the problem. If I ever have another problem like this, I would not hesitate to use Mainline Inspection Services again.
