Tried calling none of the numbers work their building is closed hours are wrong on google they close at 5pm not 6pm had a sign saying to go to a shopping center by kroger cant find them horrible communication on their part if they moved leave an address that is clear and leave a working phone number the njmber i called hangs up i tried the second number i found on google and it said sorry the number is disconnected.

I will never go anywhere else for my drycleaning. My husband dropped a suit off on a Tuesday to wear to a funeral on Thursday. When I picked it up Thursday morning, the woman who was working was so sweet and she remembered everything from the conversation she had with my husband a couple days before, even saying she knew he would do great with his eulogy at the funeral. Very kind and fast service!

Took my bridesmaid dress in on 4-17 to get some wrinkles out. They told me a few days. After a week I called still not done and was promised it would be done the next day. Went to pick it up on 4-26 not done called in still not done I went in on 4-27 still not done I told them I wanted my dress back. once I got it home it had stains on it.. this is a brand new dress. I called the next day to tell them. The lady hung up on me . I would not give this service 1 star

I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved. I dropped my dress off May 25th it is now September 9th my dress is still not done and they are telling me they cannot find it. I will be contacting the owner in the morning. If it was possible to give zero stars on this review I would.

We were satisfied with the dry cleaning itself, but I am only giving 3 stars b/c upon pick-up, the older lady that helped us was very short, rude & acted annoyed that we were even there. My significant other had 2 shirts & a suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Since it was raining, we asked for an extra plastic bag, as the pant legs were hanging out, & she said "No, we don't do that here", although the bags were in plain sight right behind her ...I'm not sure what she even meant by that -- 'you don't help paying customers by ensuring an expensive suit doesn't get wet'? Whatever -- we won't be going back here, even if it means we have to pay more or drive further the next time.

My husband dropped a comforter off. A few days later he asked me to pick it up while I was in town but I didn't have the ticket. He called ahead to tell them I would be picking it up without the ticket. I am currently in a cast, they carried it out to the car and even said I should have called and they would have brought it out to me without having to get out of the car.

My parents had their living room drapes “cleaned” here. They received them back stained, shrunken, unironed, etc. It took 6 trips back and forth before the drapes looked even remotely acceptable. Horrible quality, horrible customer service, and no reparations made.

I totally agree with what Kim New said. I know Kim bc i used to work with her. My name is Tom. I was Dave Fricks Dry cleaner for almost 16yrs. Dave and his wife Elva are the greatest. Regardless of what people think Dry Cleaners are NOT miracle workers. Especially when it comes to curtains. Shrinkage is always a possibility and the Sun will make it harder to get stains out. Thank you Dave for everything you did for me!!

Took a suit and tie to be cleaned. It wasn't cleaned and came back to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. Now there are permanent stains. Somewhere else.
