This is a great company. We have repaired many brick jobs for them and they are always diligent and timely with their customers. They seem to get the quotes approved from insurance faster than any other company! Highly recommend!!!!

Flood repair, they came and finished and left the bathroom backsplashes unattached, slapped in a vanity from a 3rd party cabinet co and didn’t attach the countertop… nor bothered to drill holes for drawer/door handles (or even mentioned). Stain job half done as well. Felt like they just wanted to be done a bare minimum to get the checks signed…and frankly by the end I was ready for them just to be out also. Of the few jobs they didn’t sub, all were pretty sloppy or left unfinished. Their flooring sub contractor did a good job but when it came to them, not great work. Plumbers seemed fine and cabinets were okay I guess. In the end, I just signed and paid them to be done so I could move on. Ready to be finished with it dragging on so I can just do the rest and be done. The lady who answers the phone is nice and responsive, but aside from that, I can’t say much positive regarding workmanship. Also felt like I had to call constantly to keep things moving. Lesson learned: If you’re being referred to them from USAA as a ‘preferred contractor’, then I recommend do not use l unless you’re okay with unfinished work and a dragged-out process. My experience is the preferred contractor thing sounds great but is bad for homeowner as you loose all leverage to have the home repaired in a timely and reasonable manner. Going that route will drag out the process and leave you with crappy work. Would advise against in hindsight. I probably should have complained before writing this but we are just done and ready to move on and don’t want to drag it out longer.. even if that means we have to do the rest ourselves.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! We used them TWO YEARS ago! They did a shot job and stopped showing up! They didn't finish the job and I have never heard from them until a week ago. They SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS for a job they DIDNT COMPLETE!!! I have proof that they didn't finish so now I am stuck with fighting this company. He will say anything to get you to hire them and when they start, you hardly see them, when they are there, the work is mid. I can't go into too much detail due to the steps I'm about to take against this company but I PROMISE, YOU WILL REGRET HIRING THEM!!!!

My parents house flooded over Thanksgiving in 2021 and it was nightmare after nightmare trying to find a contractor who actually would help repair the water damages; actually show up when they said & Napco was the only ones who helped them throughout the process. Yes, there were delays but it was no one’s fault on either end as there was a lot of decisions to be made, materials to be ordered and labor to be found. The house looks so great now and every person made it so much less stressful. Can’t recommend them enough!!!!

I had a water leak in my bathroom and filed an insurance claim 5/30/2020! This ended up being an entire bathroom remodel that should have been finished much sooner. Their office manager Linda forgets to do things and doesn't follow through. She is genuinely a nice person. I feel she is overworked and doesn't have enough office support staff, especially when I had to take over to get phone cala made at her request to connect the subs to schedule meetings. I waited two months to speak with Jeremiah about possible upgrades, only to be told most of my idea wasn't possible, but raising the ceiling was. He never sent an estimate and his guys showed up to do the work. He ended up covering that expense and then there was so much rot in the walls from the leak, they ended up opening the wall I asked about opening and never got the bid to do. Now, they are telling the insurance company I made them do it and it took the job over budget. I am now waiting on the last item, the shower doors. They asked ME to call a glass.company to get an estimate. I did two months ago. This week, they told me it was over budget without sending any other options or a supplement to the insurance company. They didn't want to handle the floor replacement and told me the budget I had to work with. I called Lowe’s and had the job completed in 2 days once I found flooring that worked with the budget. I'm still waiting on reimbursement. They want me to sign over the entire reimbursement check before the job is finished before paying me. Meanwhile, the USAA adjuster barely returns calls or pays attention to what is happening. Is this normal? I've had a eolf replaced and 2 slab leaks and never experienced such delays. Yes, there were weather deals, but the job should have been finished LONG before February, 2021. They twist my words to make me feel like it's “what I chose” and “i wanted” but they are the ones that guided me through the process and didn't offer other solutions or tell me anything might cost more, except for one $15 molded board behind my toilet. That delay was almost 2 months!!

I should have left this review about 4 years ago. It came up on my time line and I remember how irritating it was to deal with them. If you need a general contractor DO NOT call Napco! All they did was waste my time. I took off work after THEY called me and I decided to call them back, they came out, went all through the house, assured me this was the type of work they did, and Bart (one of the owners) said he would work up a bid. Then when I call a week later to see where they were on the bid, they said they just didn't think this was a job they could handle right now? What????

Worst communication I’ve ever had with a contractor. Worst responsiveness. Ridiculously slow. Months and months go by with no word from them. They make promises and then forget about you. USAA urged me to use them because I would get a three-year warranty. At the rate Napco has been going, my whole project will stretch out three years before these jokers finish it. Find yourself another company. Do not hire this one!
