I can’t recommend Michael (and Spencer) highly enough! After our kitchen suffered water damage from burst sink pipes, he came in and completely turned the situation around. Michael was professional, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire restoration process. He helped coordinate everything, from assessing the damage to rebuilding cabinetry and restoring the kitchen to even better condition than before. His attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. If you need a contractor you can trust to get the job done right, Michael is your guy.

Shelby completed more work in the past 3 months than the year prior. She would text us multiple times a day to make sure workers had their boots on the ground and that the scope of repairs was actually being done and done correctly. We have never received this type of customer service from NWR prior. Shelby runs a tight shipp and was only 15 minutes late but had provided an updated ETA. I think what won us over and she managed to earn my trust was when she showed up on the job one morning in Carheartt overall and boots. She dove in head first and worked really hard to earn our trust. She had made a few very good suggestions and knows how to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues that arose. If you ever have a huge loss like we did, we highly recommend Shelby with NWR.

We had a water damage due to sudden burst of pipe. We hired Northwest Restoration thru our insurance to do the rebuild.The first contractor that Northwest sent us resigned so they sent another one to take over and her name is Shelby. She said “we will get you wrapped up”. She stepped in and did her job right away. It was fast. She texted me the progress to let us know that it’s going. That give us peace of mind and she gave me schedule on what they need to do to finish the job on time and she did. Everything on the schedule that she gave us was done on time. We don’t know how she did it cuz she has a lot on her plate by taking over on what was left behind on some other projects. All I can say is she’s awesome, fast and determined to fulfill her work and get it done. And I know she’s a nice kind hearted person that she’ll try her best to help her client as much as she can. Mike Schwartz and his team were quick to come out and help us get our building back into shape and within days had mitigated the water damage.
