TLC has been amazing with replacing our main water pipe that was leaking water into our basement. An expert team diagnosed the situation, an experienced team helped fix it, and very responsive and supportive office team supported along the journey. Given our unique unforseen situation, they came out immediately for a second day that was unplanned to ensure everything was resolved with due diligence and thoughtfulness. Special thanks to Chris, Bill, Kevin, Sergio, Melody, Shawn, Amy, and Madison for coming through quickly and seamlessly, so we could have a dry and safe holiday season! Highly recommend! Similar to another review, you will have to be careful about the downstream affects of their work. They had to dig up our front yard from foundation to water main shutoff, so we know have to get a landscaper to help with grass come spring. With the water leak since it wasn't caught early, the soil around our foundation is super water dense, so our sump pump is pushing abnormal amounts of water to our backyard and flooding that. Just think about downstream upfront to budget and schedule accordingly. That is all.

We were so relieved to find TLC Drain, Sewer and Water Cleanup! After Len the Plumber came out, didn’t fix the issue, and charged an outrageous amount, we were left frustrated and still dealing with a clog. Sean from TLC came out quickly to give us a fair, honest quote and explained everything clearly. Then Alex arrived right on time, got straight to work, and had the clog fixed promptly. Both Sean and Alex were friendly, professional, and truly knew what they were doing. TLC saved the day for us—I’ll definitely be calling them first from now on! Highly recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!!! We called them to check our front sewage drain for a blockage. Their technician "Kenny" came out and said we needed $8,325 worth of work, i.e., replacement of the house trap because it was collapsed. He didn't show my husband the video, or explain anything of how he came up with the notion that the trap was collapsed. He just left his piece of paper and said his boss would call us the next day about scheduling the work. Since they did not show my husband the video, I called and requested the video and then sent that video to another plumber who looked at it. That plumber told me THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY HOUSE TRAP! There are two theories at work here (1) This company does not properly train their employees in how to work with customers. Kenny should have showed my husband the video and should have provided a full explanation, which he did not. That falls on him and the management for not giving the proper training. (2) This company is out to scam consumers! I believe because I am a woman, they thought they could scam me, that I would just go with what they said and pay them $8,325. Well, guess what, I am not someone to be taken advantage of!! I get second opinions!!!! Also, be aware that In their estimates, they do not include the cost to replace your sidewalk, so be prepared to shell out more money to put in a new sidewalk. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I will say the company was very responsive and came out within 24 hours. However the service provided and price charged was ridiculous. My parents have been having a recurring leak in their basement, which we suspected it was drain backup related. They had the basement sink/toilet and exterior floor drain at the garage snaked several times which seemed to clear up the problem. However, whenever it stormed heavily, they would continually find water pooling in their basement. The technician from TLC arrived and informed me that he couldn't visually see anything that would be causing water backup issues, but definitely confirmed that the water has definitely been soaking the basement. He recommended to remove the upstairs toilet and get a camera into the line to check for backups and damage. He quoted me a price of $440, which would've included remedying the problem should he find the issue with the camera. However, nothing was found in the camera inspection and he left with $440 without finding the root cause of the problem. The fact that this company would charge $400+ and give up on fixing the problem is quite ridiculous.
