NON STOP EMERGENCY SERVICES did an amazing job after the fire in my home. They handled the emergency services from beginning to end, they fully remodeled my home afterward, making it look better than it ever did before. Their team was professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process! Their office staff were absolutely amazing—always kind & helpful, responsive, friendly, and were more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I’m extremely grateful for their hard work and highly recommend to all my friends, family & associates!!!!

Hello LISTEN!!!! I don’t give this company 1 star. Gary & Kevin ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I had a fire on 1/8/24@5am. I hired this company and after receiving 3 checks and doing the bare minimum, giving me 9 move back home dates, and on yesterday 4/18/25 I received a call from Paul (my temp. housing LL) that Gary will not complete my home nor will he continue to pay rent for me here (temp. House). On 4/7/25 I spoke to Gary, unbeknownst to me he got an inspection that day and didn’t tell me. And the inspector reported to my bank on 4/9/25 as my home is 100% completed, so the final check could be sent to me. Which I received the check 4/14/25 but the inspector LIED! MY HOME ISNT COMPLETED 100% or I would be home, and I will not release the balance of this check until my home is completed according to the requirements that was listed that I have and not what was done that list too is a lie. This company is the perfect example of how contractors get your money do the bare minimum and don’t finish. Yes my home LOOKS beautiful that’s the 1 star, yet has a lot of incomplete jobs and damages and STILL NOT 100% COMPLETELY DONE, which I had to hire a new contractor that’s reliable honest and dependable who is still working on my home. I HAVE NO HEAT as of 11/2025. So how all inspections passed. YOUVE BEEN WARNED! I’ve truly suffered and still suffering months later dealing with this company. If you do hire this company DONT TRUST THEM WITH THE MONEY AT ALL! YOU PURCHASE YOUR OWN MATERIALS. Watch them closely. Make sure u do your own inventory. AND DONT USE THEIR STORAGE, they went through my things and stole 7 of my coats, all my scrubs, mink shawl, 2 new dresses, shoe/ pocketbook set, 3lb dumbbells, damaged what they didn’t steal and much more. If I had to choose again I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THEM! On top I’m grateful I didn’t listen and leave all my things or I wouldn’t have ANYTHING. See GARY KEVIN & STEVE said we got you then at the end CAME INTO MY HOME AND STOLE APPLIANCES, PAINT, and my tiles ( back splash/ bathroom flooring ) THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR that was left. Yes!!! THEY GOT ME REAL GOOD, DONT LET THEM GET YOU TOO. The last check given was IN NOVEMBER 2024 THESE MEN TOOK COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF ME AS A WOMAN 🥺 and say they are helping me. How? TO POUR SALT IN MY WOUNDS. Gary has yet to return ALL MY PROPERTY stored in his facility since 1/8/24. Instead of calling my temporary LL PAUL on 4/18/25 he should've called his office manager Kelli to set a date to deliver my property. Which was supposed to be delivered Monday 4/28/25 or Tuesday 4/29/25. I’ve reached out and of course NO RESPONSE PER NORMAL. It came the first week of May. I’m in my home sitting in a lawn chair at a stand still not able to set my home back up because he is holding my things Hostage. I went back the next day after the delivery of my things because my COATS wasn’t delivered, they stopped me from looking and I called the police. AHAIN DONT USE THEM SHARE MY STORY PLEASE! This Company isn’t REGISTERED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU EITHER. That is a BIG CLUE. They have been robbing people for years I’m the only one that not only stepped forward but can PROVE IT! All I can say is HELP!!!! LORD!!!!
