My husband and I wanted to convert our basement into a functional entertainment space that could be used for teen hang-outs as well as family / friend gatherings. The space is small and oddly shaped and we struggled with a design that made sense. We initially contacted Lotus for a design consultation. Christa was quick to respond and within one visit had an abundance of ideas she shared along with a reasonable quote to complete the work. Over the next several weeks, we had the pleasure of watching the Lotus Team execute. Christa, Tim, and the team were professional and courteous. Everyone was highly skilled and Tim was very involved, inspecting / overseeing the details. Tim is a true craftsman. We enjoyed watching him fabricate a custom fireplace and mantle along with a few other solutions that I’m confident would not have been entertained by other contractors. Christa kept us out of the basement for the last couple weeks of the remodel and gave us a blind reveal and the results…STUNNING! Lotus converted our small, dark, cluttered basement into a bright, open, functional space that looked like something right out of a magazine. We could not be more thrilled with the result and have since enjoyed many days / nights entertaining in our new space. We just had a complete kitchen renovation with Lotus. From the meet & greet with Christa, to the daily interaction with Tim and his team, we were happy every step of the way. Christa sat us down and outlined our options with visual renderings, while Tim & his sidekick Scott made our decisions a reality! Tim walked us through the daily project updates and he talked us through each decision along the way. There were a lot of vent ducts that needed to be moved/hidden/removed. Every electrical line, water line, and gas line needed to be rearranged or added. The team transformed a small dining room and even smaller kitchen into one HUGE open space kitchen/dining/living area. THEY DO IT ALL!!! Even their extended crew were professional, timely, and efficient. (Kenny the electrician, Greg is their tile guy, and Terrance finished off with the spackle/painting). Christa was extremely helpful guiding us throughout all the final design decisions. She thoughtfully molded our ideas into options that fit our space perfectly. The whole team acted like family and we were sad to see everyone leave upon completion of our kitchen remodel. Thank you all for your punctual communication, professionalism, knowledge, and making the dream a reality. We will definitely use Lotus again for our bathroom remodel. We hired Lotus Restore + Remodel for a full house renovation and were never disappointed! Tim, Christa, and their team went above and beyond to make our old home new again. We had an idea of what we wanted done in each room, but their expertise in old-home construction and design brought our vision to another level. At the end of every day, Tim would give us an update on the day, what was next, and when to pack up each room. Chistas’ impeccable eye for design helped us realize our vision with colors, flooring, hardware, and other decisions that got us to this 5-star review. The fact that they only do one project at a time shows their dedication to what they do. Tim did not let the “surprise findings behind the walls” discourage him or set him back, he always had ideas and a solution. Previous contractors had told us that what we wanted was not possible. Not true! We got more than what we wanted, and we didn’t get hit with any surprise charges at the end of the job. We would hire them again and again!

Life saver is the first word I can think of when I think of Lotus Restore & Remodel. No one ever thinks about the “what if” my house catches on fire then what? On October 31, 2020 I had no choice but to think about it. I had an electrical fire in my basement and came to realize that my house was never going to be the same. I was referred to Lotus Restore & Remodel from a “fireman” the day of my fire and once I met Tim and his wife Christa there was no looking back. Not only did they make me feel comfortable in this unsettling time in my life but I knew I was in good hands. Tim has done this since he was a kid and you can tell. He tells it like it is and yet will go over and above to do anything to help you get back into your house as soon as possible. Being a single mom and not knowing the ins and outs of rebuilding a house from scratch Tim or Christa would answer any questions I had. Christa listened to my description of my “likes” and went from there giving me choices from flooring to cabinets to lights and everything in between. Now my house went down to the studs and everything had to be rebuilt and replaced. Tim and his crew were always professional and informative if I asked any questions and was always good for a laugh when I needed it. It took a year and 4 months but I am back into my “new” house. The extra special touches that Tim and Christa came up with and added I will never forget. They made it feel like “home” again but all new and even better than it was. Working with Lotus was the best decision we've ever made. After countless quotes for counter tops and poor experiences with fabricators we decided to reach out to Lotus for some direction and guidance. Christa was amazing to work with, incredibly responsive with great attention to detail. By the time we got to them I was so burnt out looking at counters and more horrified with prices I wanted to call it quits. I painted Christa a picture of exactly what I was looking for and she delivered not only on the product but the price. Within two weeks of picking my counters they were installed!! (photo for reference, please ignore the flooring as that will be done by my husband at a later date!). The installers did an impeccable job. They were professional and took great care in their work. I watched them place each slab with ease and precision. They asked clarifying questions before drilling or sealing to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Overall, if you are looking for a professional, friendly and reliable company I would highly recommend Lotus Restore + Remodel.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had two bathrooms done, the tile on the floor and shower was installed unevenly. All the tiles have cracked and lifted up. When completing the bathroom Tim had a leak into our kitchen below. The leak has returned, Tim when repairing the hole in the ceiling must have taken pieces of ship lap in our garage that we had from another project without asking. Tim used ship lap to repair the ceiling, the drywall was being held up with scrap pieces of ship lap. The plumber that came out today showed us the shotty work that Tim did repairing the leak. They were extremely high priced with terrible work.
