This company wasted months of my time and no work was done. The owner Brian guaranteed a high level of professionalism and workmanship when we first spoke. I got an estimate and paid a deposit, and waited weeks to get a start date for the work. The answer to each attempt at communication was, "I'll call you next week," and each time I had to contact them to get what I needed. The foreman came over to look at the work a few weeks before the start date and told me that the scope of work was excessive and wouldn't need to be completed as the original estimate outlined. When I brought this up with the owner, he opted to give me my deposit back rather than give me answers. Very shady business. Later, the owner asked to have a phone call to "clear the air." When I obliged, he took responsibility for the miscommunication with the foreman, but refused to explain why there was a discrepancy between the foreman's evaluation of work needed to be done at the scope of work Brian gave me. He made no true effort to make things right. He wasted months of my time, and ended our phone call by tell me I was unreasonable. I wouldn't trust these people!
