Scott Dennis is excellent!!! We have hired him now 3 times. This time he replaced our roof due to wind damage, replaced and painted the pantry ceiling, repaired and painted my foyer ceiling, repainted my kitchen ceiling, replaced a rotten step going up to my porch, replaced rotten boards and the roof on our outbuilding. His crews are very respectful, do an excellent job, and clean up as they go very well!! Scott Dennis worked very well with my homeowners insurance!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Scott Dennis EVERY TIME someone needs a contractor!

I highly recommend calling Scott if you have any roofing damage. He quickly returned my call and got the ball rolling to getting my storm damaged roof replaced quickly. He patiently walked me through the process step by step and worked with the insurance company for me. I also had some interior ceiling and paint damage, and the room now looks brand new! The workers cleaned up and left no trace of a mess. Scott is very professional and easy to work with. He made a daunting process fairly easy to navigate!

We recently experienced water seeping through 3 of 4 walls in our finished basement during the heavy rain and storms on a Saturday in March 2025. The carpet in all the rooms was wet, and there was some standing water in our master bathroom. I called the insurance company on Monday because the smell was getting bad and even though my neighbors and I tried to get the carpet dried out some with shop vacs, it just kept seeping in. I was told that this was not covered under our current insurance policy. I called Scott Dennis Contracting and Scott came to Dayton that Monday to assess the situation and had a crew at my house Tuesday morning to begin the long process of getting everything out of the basement and put fans and dehumidifier in to start the drying out process. The crew was willing to do anything to help us. We packed everything up and as we finished a piece of furniture or number of boxes, they loaded it on a box truck and trailer. Then they began removing the carpet and vinyl and let everything dry out. Once it was dry, they began to put everything back together. They installed luxury vinyl plank, repaired walls, installed baseboards throughout and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. If I ever have another problem like this again, I would definitely call Scott and his crew again. They were easy to work with, dependable, hard working, cleaned up and hauled trash away each day and were always available to answer questions or make suggestions on how to fix something that we couldn't figure out. Thank you Scott, David, Gene, Anthony and Richard for your awesome help and encouragement in our time of need!

I can't think of a better contractor to call when I had storm damage to my roof. He was able to come out and give an estimate very quickly. The work was completed in 2 days with the damaged areas replaced and a new metal roof installed. When I built a garage, Scott's team installed the roof and the vinyl siding and eaves.
