When I called O’henry Electric around 7pm, Shadric and Garrett came within the hour. They were very friendly and polite! They went straight to work trying to isolate my problem, with no concern that it was pushing 8pm. They were able to find the problem and fix it right away! They saved my home from critical damage! They were very informative and answered every question I threw their way. They finished up around 10pm. They were fair and affordable. Highly recommend, and will be using them for future work!

I'm very impressed with these guys. We had an emergency situation that was caused by the weather, which left us without power for a couple of days. They came out and assessed our situation and worked with us throughout the whole process of getting power restored. They went above and beyond by staying in constant communication with us and treating us like we were their top priority. Not many companies treat their customers like this anymore. It was very much appreciated.

Very nice and friendly people! They came out and replaced my panel box on short notice which was definitely worth something! However I made the mistake of paying everything right away instead of waiting to make sure everything works. Ever since the install there have been random electical issues that pop up in the house. Power cuts in and out to different rooms ect. I’ve called them many times to try to have them come out and look at it again but they either don’t answer or don’t show up. Make sure the work is completed before you pay everything!

🚨 🚨 BUYER BEWARE ‼️ Initially very compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. Paid over $1,000 dollars and the original problem we called for has not been resolved. The owner behaved erratically and unprofessionally. He abruptly left the job and has not been back, he stated his girlfriend is emotionally unstable and threatens him with weapons. This is not a good, honest company. Use them at your own risk. .
