I scheduled to have someone come in the following week for a quote, no one ever showed up so I called and they apologized and explained that there was a mix up and they put down friday instead of Thursday. That was 100% understandable. That next day again no one showed up for our 0930 appointment. I called them at 1200 no one answered nor could I leave a message. I called them again at 4pm and they again apologized and said that this has been a trend with their worker that works my area, why he hasn't been fired idk. I told them that it would be fine as long as someone can be here sometime today and he said no one would be able to be there till next week. We are currently looking for a new contractor. This was for a quote, it was just a 15 minute appointment.

Horrible. Will not follow through with his word. Gave them plenty of opportunity to gain our business, but he refused to send the paperwork even after multiple messages asking to do so. Would not recommend at all

I hired that company on the recommendation of Mr. Jeffrey (who posted another review on Google). And it was truly the worst. Because I trusted them, I paid for the entire amount of work upfront, and then they never completed the job. That company doesn't deserve even one star. So if you're looking for a contractor, please don't make the same mistake I did.
