We hired Shane and his crew last summer and are just now able to fix many of the problems they caused and left for us. We hired them for a small remodel and they left things worse than before they started. Most of the work that was done was done poorly or fell apart soon after. Shane failed to take responsibility for his crew, his lack of oversight, poor service and product. Worst investment I’ve ever made and should have pushed back more than I did to get a full refund. I’ve included some pictures of their attempt for a good paint job (or none at all on the trim of our window)and leveling our laundry floor and sloppy window installation.

Plumbing Plus has used Delta Disaster several times in the last year and have found them to be HONEST, Professional and dedicated to customer's needs and service. They deal with clients under a large amount of duress and stress due to the type of business they are in and make the clients feel better about their situation with them just being there and knowing they are going to be taken care of. They have great follow through and always follow up after to ensure the job went well and was completed to the customers satisfaction. We have used other company's such as theirs but have discovered that Delta's services and commitment to their customers is beyond reproach. We highly recommend them in your time of need.
