I want to give a huge shout out to Quality Restoration. This process of having a water leak that ran underneath the floor, Just a lot less of a headache. I really didn't have a lot of time to pack things and move things. And then getting the leaks fixed and getting a temporary sink put in all that seemed very overwhelming. Working long hours from home it was even harder, I didn't have a lot of time. Then Amir, Gabriel, and Manuel I'll show up and gave me major reassurance. They got in there and got my leaks fixed up. Got the temporary sink put in. They made it to where I didn't have gaps in my temporary flooring. They explained everything to me. All of my kitchen area was moved out into my living room area. It just made it a lot less overwhelming, my three boys were actually super excited because we haven't had cold water in our kitchen for probably 6 months. It's been a struggle to be able to get it fixed. Let me just say that I'm super thankful for all these guys and I would definitely recommend them over and over. Amir, Gabriel, and Manuel today-Huge Life Savers They help me figure out how to get my leaks taken care of and figured out how to get my sink in!🙂 We literally only would have had one sink in my house. Truly truly professional and amazing. Amir and Pablo another day-Just removed half my kitchen in boxes - I had no time at all. They never made me once feel bad for not helping to get everything removed from the kitchen area. I did feel bad because I wanted to help and at least get that done so that they could work. I just can't say enough about them. Great people great company.

Amir and Gabriel are top notch professionals! They went right to work when they arrived and kept me informed at every step. They put up plastic to isolate the affected work area and protect the rest of the basement. They were also careful to lay down a canvas path to protect my floors. They went the extra mile to identify the entry point where the water was entering my house. That was the most critical thing to find in order to know what to do to prevent further water intrusion. Gustavo showed up 15 minutes after I called their office and immediately got to work. He was pleasant and promptly answered any questions as he was explaining what he was going to be doing in drying out the water that had come in to the family room, down in the basement in the theater room and the basement bedroom. Amir and Jesus showed up to help get everything taken care of. I was impressed with how straight the cuts in the drywall were, cutting the padding out from under the carpet in the family room, how they set up the fans, but one thing my wife and I were impressed with is how neatly they moved our things around and even covered up the treadmill. We aren't aware of the cost yet, our insurance appraiser recommend this company. I hope the cost and bid, a long with the workmanship to restore/repair the damage would be as good as the representation of the company by Gustavo, Amir, and Jesus. I will say the person who answered my call was very pleasant and Nate was also pleasant when he called me back, after first reaching out to the company. Thank you Gustavo and everyone else so far.

Worst restoration company in the state of Utah. Our insurance recommended this company to us because of water damage we had happen at our house back in August of 2025. Quality came in, gave estimates, and we went with them. Ben is who we worked with the most with Quality. Our insurance and Quality both stated we work “very” well with each other. So we thought we were in good hands. Until, quality started demanding money from us before we had even got a check from our insurance. Then problems really started after we were forced to pay before work was done. Our insurance dropped us one month after our claim. Quality started delaying responses and to get us on the schedule to get work done. Then after 3 months of no improvement on work after they had taken our cabinets, countertops, and sink, we had to make a phone call to Chuck the general manager to try and get things done. Chuck didn’t try to help us at all. He brought up my wife and my former employer that Quality works very well with and cracked jokes on the phone towards the situation just showing the invasion of our privacy between companies. After knowing how our old employers operate their business, we knew it wasn’t good to continue with Quality. We asked that Quality bring our stuff back and refund the money for the work that still needs done to go with another company to get it done. Since it had been over 3 months since they first came to our house. They gladly brought all of our stuff back, but only gave a portion of the money back that we needed to finish our house. Since then, we’ve been ghosted by both our insurance, and Quality. We’ve tried to get in contact with Nate Brinkerhoff and we’ve been ghosted as well. We’ve brought in other companies to finish our house and even they’ve said that the work Quality did do, and the way we got treated was horrible. I highly recommend unless you want to have a months long process process that can lead into lawyer and court fees I wouldn’t go with Quality Restoration. Save yourself the time and money!

We noticed water had soaked the carpet in the basement on a Saturday evening. Noe and Brian arrived that same night, assessed the situation and explained to us that the basement window well had filled with rain water from the recent storm due to a poorly placed drain pipe. Within just a couple hours they had pulled back the carpet and stripped the necessary portions of the wall to dry the water and prevent any further damage. They were prompt, cordial, friendly, and informative. They kept us up to date and worked quickly. Couldn't have gone better and on such short notice and so late at night, it's impressive how prepared and ready to do the job they were. Highly recommended.
