Michael, the project manager, was involved throughout the entire process, and Stas reached out personally to address any concerns I had and to make sure the remediation was completed on time. A big (broken main sewer drain under my townhouse) plumbing job was halted due to asbestos floor tiles under the carpeting in my den. I did some serious comparative shopping for the best price, and I researched reviews. I can't say enough good things about Bay View Restoration. From the first phone contact to the licensed, professional and friendly gentlemen who came to do the job, I was very impressed. Everyone at Bay View Restoration is focused, pleasant, and take their job and my health seriously. Great thanks to Stan, Khyser, Marius, and Syliva, and to Jose and Thomas who did the job. Everyone worked seamlessly with each other and with me, and in only two days the job plus the PCM (post-abatement air quality) test was done. Very grateful to you. I reached out to Bay View on short notice to evaluate a home asbestos remediation project. They were very responsive and even arrived for the inspection after another job far away on Saturday to help with my tight time frame. Following the arrival, the team was very communicative and thorough, patiently answering all my questions. While I had some extra niche work outside of their offered services and ultimately did not end up accepting their detailed proposal (which generously included a discount to make up for the requested work being atypical), I am grateful for the professionalism and flexibility Josue Rodriguez-Ortiz, Stanislav Popa, and Khyser Hensley offered me. Bay View Restoration recently completed Asbestos testing and then subsequent remediation/ demolition work for us ahead of renovations. Their team is prompt in their responsiveness and flexible with the scheduling as you need. My only concern was that the crew had some confusion surrounding some details of the work and I had to get our Project Manager / Estimator on the phone to confirm. But it was all completed carefully and well and our estimate was adjusted accordingly.

I needed to use Bay View services for an asbestos abatement. It is a dramatic clean up operation utilized when asbestos is detected. The two workers - Henry and Brian - worked all day cleaning out the downstairs bathroom in our house. Although an abatement involves the rermoval of just about everything in the specified area, Henry and Brian did not damage anything and the area was cleaned up entirely. The bathroom is now clean and free of asbestos and I cannot thank them enough.

I used Bay View Restoration for an abatement project and I wholeheartedly recommend them. From start to finish, Bay View Restoration exceeded my expectations. I got quotes from three companies. The two other companies I got quotes from tried to use scare tactics to pressure me to sign with them, but Mike from Bay View simply told me with the facts, gave me an extremely detailed (and reasonable) estimate, answered my follow-up questions, and told me to give them a call if and when I was ready. Sylvia made scheduling a breeze. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would, and did everything they said they would. The crew was also honest and told me that they accidentally gave a door a small dent. Mike said either Bay View could handle the repairs or I could. Since I already planned on having a contractor do some other work for me, I decided to handle the repairs and Bay View cut me a check without any grief for more than I asked. I would not hesitate to use Bay View Restoration again should the need arise. At all points in the process, their customer service wowed me.

I called Bay View Restoration to get an estimate for asbestos removal and after realizing how reasonable their estimate was, I tried to convince my condo association to use Bay View Restoration. Unfortunately, they had already signed a contract with another company to treat the asbestos in my home since the association's insurance claimed responsibility. Even though I couldn't move forward with Bay View Restoration with asbestos abatement, Michael was extremely helpful and guided me through the steps I needed to take to ensure a proper asbestos removal (I did use Bay View Restoration to test my home for asbestos). I was amazed at the expertise that Michael has in this field. It was an extremely stressful time and Michael's advice and insight was paramount in making my home whole again. I couldn't believe that there still are such genuine people like Michael especially in the contractor industry where profits are prioritized over everything else. I told him that if I ever have an issue with asbestos again, I will make sure to give my business to Bay View Restoration. It's hard to find businesses in this day in age that truly care about their customers - Bay View Restorations truly goes above and beyond!

Bay View was recommended by our insurance company to handle the remediation of our property following a claim. Their recommendation came after our encounter with another company that we did not feel comfortable with so we were cautious at first. Fast forward, we were delighted to meet with Mohammed who thoroughly explained the process and our options. We were then introduced to Carlos, the contractor who would begin the remediation and complete the reconstruction. Since we already had reliable contractors from previous jobs, we were reluctant to use an unknown contractor, concerned with delays and/or lack of good craftsmanship. However, Carlos was available and flexible to accommodate our schedules so we decided to give him the opportunity. We were VERY pleased with the quality of his work. He was on time every day, neat, organized, and overall did very good work. Throughout the process Mohammed maintained contact with us and was very responsive. To sum it up, we found Bay View to be a very well managed and professional company, providing quality work and excellent customer service! We would provide Mohammed and Carlos a rating of 10 stars if that were an option.
