They performed all the work thoroughly, provided before-and-after pictures, and walked me through everything once the job was complete. This rating scheme limits me to 5 stars. Should allow for 10. Josue Calles Campos and the Rooftop team did an excellent chimney repair job. The workmanship is excellent. Josue took the time to fully explain each step of the process. He started each day a discussion of what was done to that point and what would be done that day; finished each day with what was accomplished and what would be done next; and took the time to answer questions during the day. There were no surprises and we were VERY happy with the results. Workmanship, professionalism, timeliness and pride, coupled with courtesy, respect and a positive outlook is what we experienced…oh, add a clean work area. Thank you Josue and Rooftop. Super expensive choice. 90 minute simple chimney liner was not worth the expensive price. With our desperation to get hot water we should have tried other companies to save a sizable amount of $. We were told we paid what this project costs even if our job was easier than most. We were looking forward to doing more work with this company because the quality was good but will continue to look around for the future work.

The team from Rooftop Chimney was very professional and thorough. On Wednesday, Mackenzie came and did a full inspection and reviewed the problems we had in our flue/furnace with pictures. He talked to his technicians and today they arrived with a plan. The technicians were also very professional and tidy. They covered all the area where they were working and at the end showed me photos of the work done inside the house and walked me outside to show me what was done outside. I picked this company from their high recommendations online and truly was so pleased with their work and knowledge.
