Hired Walter Lee Bordeaux to install a 6ft private vinyl white fence, he required 50% up front payment. Once paid I did not see him until I called several times. He came out to try and install a wooden fence claiming it was what I asked for. It’s been since June 2021 and he has yet to refund all of my hard earned money. I’m disgusted and disappointed and had to get another company to do the install. After I hired a lawyer, He agreed to begin paying me back for the work he never did, but has since refused to pay back the remainder funds. I’m filing a law suit and submitting a DPOR complaint as well. Use this company at your own risk. Ensure you include terms in any contract with him that identifies what you’d want should he not provide competent, professional services or damages your property etc. Learn from my mistake and protect you and your interests.
