Working with Rainbow Restoration and Garrett has been smooth and seamless. From replacing a leaking spigot to inspecting water damage, they call you and schedule you quickly! Back in March, 2025 they replaced an outside leaking spigot that I had ignored for a few years. They gave me a a great price and fixed it within a week! There was a little water left in my crawlspace from the work but I was able to clean it up easily. My experience with them has been great so far! I will be working with them on some water damage in my kitchen from outside and will update this review once all of the work is complete.

One day after moving in, our house flooded from upstairs into downstairs. Needless to say it was not a great experience, but Mike and his team made sure to get it done in a timely and efficient manner. Mike was so helpful, patient with my continuous questions, and all around easy to work with. (forgetting other employees name that was very helpful as well) We will use in future if we have any issues!

Aaron and Recardo were both highly professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process. They were also friendly, personable, and brought some humor to the situation, which made a stressful situation much easier. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I used Rainbow Restoration twice in 2023 and had very mixed results. I used them 1st with water damage to a rental and had an OK experience with the typical remediation work such as ripping out damaged walls/drying out/cleaning. Beware that you will be in the middle of insurance carrier and remediation company. It is a confusing process. They responded quickly but it was hard to know who I was working with as there were so many people involved and some promises not met. I handled the rebuild/contractor for repair myself which in hindsight, Im glad I did. Which brings me to my second experience with Rainbow which was with my primary residence and major water damage. The remediation staff and work was exceptional. Again, the group and employees who responded initially were great. However I decide to use Rainbow for the rebuild as a contractor. That was a bad decision. The work took 4 months vs. 2 months. Communication, follow through, staff, quality of work was all very poor. We met, dealt with and hired the head of construction Hutch, who is super competent. Unfortunately he did not run the job and then left the job and all other employees were poor in interaction, work quality, customer service and follow through. Hutch had to get back involved to get the job finished we were beyond frustrated. The experience was stressful, maddening and the incompetence we dealt on the contractor side was exceptional. We did not get an apology or discount and just wanted them gone in the end. I am fine with Rainbow as an average remediation company. I would caution you about using them for the post damage repair as a contractor. It was a very bad experience.

Incredible service, attention to detail, and skilled craftsmanship in this crew. Under the leadership of Bobby, Christian and his team are very skilled and fantastic to work with. I had a rather complex job of repairs after water damage and I could tell from the estimate that they pay better attention to detail then the crew my insurance company enlisted. I'm glad I went with Rainbow because I plan on keeping in touch with any future construction needs. They went above and beyond as they moved through cleanup and repairs. Thank you guys!

If you want a subpar job done incorrectly over and over and over again, go with rainbow. They delayed work constantly, didn’t do anything per the instructions given by insurance correctly once, and took 6 months to do a one week job. Awful company, no coordination, rare communication until I had to follow up over and over, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Switched companies for the remainder of my insurance claim because they were that bad.

We discovered an upstairs plumbing issue that had flooded much of the second floor and part of the first floor in the middle of the night. After a quick google search we called Rainbow at 1:30 in the morning. Our call was answered by a very helpful staffer who got us in touch with Joey immediately. He discussed the situation and it was mutually determined that the team did not be there until 8:30 am as we had the water mopped up. They were prompt, professional, and responsive. The necessary demolition was done quickly and the crew made sure to minimize the future repair need, removed the debris, and cleaned up before they left. They came back to check the fans and dehumidifiers daily until the walls and floors were dry. The team stayed in close contact throughout the process and made every effort to make sure we were happy with the work.

We had a a lot of water damage from our washing machine. We had Rainbow come out after we had to fire another company because they were not doing their job. I told Krista with Rainbow that we did not want them doing the mitigating if they could not do the reconstruction. She had Hutch from their reconstruction crew come out and he said no problem they could do it. Needless to say after the mitigating was done and 3 of my floors completely tore out and all the insulation tore out and all the did was lay plastic over the holes and you could see the ground under my home in the middle of winter. Hutch came out the following day to give me an estimate to turn into the insurance company. He said when he sent me the estimate he would send me the contract to atleast get my subfloors back in while we waited for the insurance company to send a check. They all knew I was petrified to allow them to cut the subfloors out and leave them open because we had issues with snakes. He assured me they could come out the following week once the contract was signed. After multiple phone calls and text messages from me and his coworker Krista he never returned my calls or sent me a contract. It took me 3 weeks to get the invoice corrected for the mitigating portion because they were charging us for stuff they did not do. We had a hard time finding somebody to come out and reconstruct our home after they tore it out. Please beware this company will lie to you just to get the mitigation portion of your home loss. They knew I would not use them if they could not do it all. This was a very stressful time for us and they acted like they cared but they lied to us and left my house a disaster.

Rainbow Restoration was recommended to me when I had water damage from a pipe leak under my sink. I couldn't be happier! They came right out, got me right on the schedule and began working on drying out my kitchen and crawl space. Joe and Jermaine, who came in and did the removal of all the damaged items in the kitchen, were prompt and very courteous, making sure that they did not damage or mess up any other part of the house while they were working. Joe returned to monitor the progress and was great at explaining what was going on, what the readings were, and were he thought there might be other problem areas. Brittany was also great at making sure all my questions were answered. Joey, the project manager, made sure I was kept informed and came out himself when there was a question about where water was coming from into my crawlspace. This had the potential to be a nightmare, but they made it easy. My work with them is not done - they are coming in next week to give me estimates on repairing my kitchen and crawlspace and I have the utmost confidence it will be a great experience!
