This was one of the best service experiences I have had in many years of scheduling service providers and contractors. From the minute I made my initial inquiry, the communication was professional, helpful, and very timely. Voda of Martinsburg/Winchester initially didn't have any openings on my preferred day of the week, so they accommodated me on another day that they didn't usually take appts on. When they had a cancellation on my originally requested day, they immediately called me to offer the slot to me. I appreciated them even remembering! Their work quote was detailed and fair, and they communicated every step of the way on the day of the appt. Once they arrived, they took great care to protect my property from damage from the cleaning equipment, they completed the service in an efficient and thorough manner, and they left my home in excellent condition. I received a follow-up call after the service as well to make sure I was satisfied with the service and that their tech had done a good job. As a small business owner myself, I understand the time and energy each of these steps take, but they make such a huge difference in the overall experience. I can not recommend Voda of Winchester/Martinsburg enough! They will be my go-to for any of their services that I need from here on out!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I had an ottoman that was in storage for a few months and prior to it being in storage, a bunch of Franks red hot sauce was spilled. I decided once it was out of storage for good that it was worth trying to have it cleaned and the stain removed, but I knew it would need to be professionally done. Found Voda online and reached out to see if they thought it was worth a try and they said they would give it their best shot with a deep clean and then they would try their strongest stain remover. Here is where I really, really appreciated Voda - they sent out a tech who deep cleaned the ottoman. It was still wet when the tech left, but I inspected the ottoman and it looked great we both agreed there was no need for the stain remover. A few hours went by and it dried and unfortunately the stain came back. I sent pictures to Voda and explained I wouldn't have sent the tech away if I had seen this before and they were super understanding. They sent the same tech back out and we discussed what had happened - I wanted to make sure that I called out that the ottoman really did look great when he left! After treating the stain today with their stain remover I could see a noticeable difference and even after it dried the stain is gone and the ottoman looks perfect! I am so happy with their work. Would absolutely use this company in the future and highly recommend!

I needed my air ducts cleaned and sprayed for mold. Voda was easy to schedule with and prompt service. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and was very friendly. I was curious as to how they performed this task and they had the special tools for it. The task was performed with ease and I can already tell the air quality in my home has improved tremendously. I’ve never cleaned my ducts before, but definitely recommend Voda and for it to be checked or serviced more often.

Tyler and his team were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and their response time is impeccable. Our sump pump failed and our house flooded twice in one day.
