Zeke Harlan appeared on 12/12/25 the day after the flooding around Leavenworth offering restoration seevice. We hired Turner Restoration for the following weeks to dry out our flooded crawlspace, garage and garden shed. Randy Minor was our team leader and I lost count of the many employees that we met, but I was impressed by the care that each man took of our home and us as we went through this very difficult time. Logan, David and Oscar to name a few, but Trenton is the one my wife and I will never forget. As the homeowner, many times I would be stressed and Trenton seemed to always be there to assure me that “everything was going to be all right”, and because we hired an experienced, competent and caring company, Trenton was right! Turner did an incredible job at fixing a bathroom toilet leak. They were extremely fast in getting out to diagnose and fix the issue. We were up against a serious time crunch as our house was selling and they helped get it all done in time for the new buyers to move it. A+ to Randy the project manager as well as his staff. Kevin and Wade were also amazing at getting the tile replaced extremely fast so it could be done before the move.

Couldn't have had a better experience with Turner Restoration. I had a unique situation where my house was on the market and actively had showings, when my master bedroom flooded. Turner was at my house within 45 minutes of me calling them, and went above and beyond to complete the project in a timely manner to help with the selling of my home. My situation was not their issue, but they treated it like it was. Randy and Cameron were awesome. Always checking in and keeping me updated, and taking time to explain the process to me when I constantly had questions. The whole team was great, I won't remember all their names, but Trent, Brian, Logan, Junior were all awesome. I will only use Turner restoration for any issues I have moving forward, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

It is so scary to put your home in someone's hands and hope they listen. We met William with A 1 aspestos while having our HVAC put in, when we discovered we had the aspestos... 🤬 So when we were ready to really start our total house project we called William back he is also the owner of Turner restoration. 😁 He brought his crew over, we made a plan and when I have everything ready to start he and his crew were on it. They kept us in the loop the entire time when things came up, like issue due to the house itself, we changed the plan to keep moving forward. My kitchen is beautiful and we can't wait to start the next phase 😁 I also want to shout out to the other folks William brought in his crew of talented people as well as Plumb perfect and Raven electric. I wish I could remember everyone by name Kevin was our go to for the entire project. He kept me in the loop for everything, if there was products on back order, if there were people who would be a little late, due to working on several projects. It was felt so smooth. The time line was close to what was originally discussed. No project ever goes without a few hiccups. But it was so well directed and communication so honest and upfront without delay. Randy and Turner Restoration were a Godsend for us. Our cabin was flooded 2 weeks ago. They took on our job once we got power restored, ,even though they were themselves swamped, (with work), only because we had called a few days earlier when all power was still out. He was cheerful and professional throughout even as he waded through ice water overtopping his boots and kayaked to our, suddenly lakefront, cabin. Kevin, William, Tim, Wade, Alex & Natalie... We couldn't have asked for a better team to take on our insurance claim that was nothing but a mess on our insurance providers behalf. We loved working with this team. They respected our home and even treated our dogs with the best care. Natalie would always let me know that the dogs are good and that she let them out.
