Mike is amazing. From the start of talking with him he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I had a lot. This company looks out for the homeowner. A rare find. They changed me nothing. Nothing. To assess water damage I incurred from a recent plumbing leak. Mike drove down to Two Rivers which is a good 45 min drive from where they are located and charged me nothing. A closer place quoted me at $1300 for a four day dry out process. These are now my go to people. I will be referring anyone who asks that this is definitely a five star company. I can't say enough good things.

I had, what I consider, to be a decent mold problem in my basement. I was unsure of who I should call, so I decided to read the reviews posted by other people that used CCS Property Services to see if they would be a good fit. Based on the glowing reviews, I decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did! Jamie and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very professional, fast, and very knowledgeable about their field. Jamie offered his knowledge and provided me with a DIY approach first, to which I appreciated, however, I did not feel comfortable handling that project myself so I hired his service to manage my mold situation. Jamie was quick to respond to and answer any and all questions that I had. Within a matter of a few days, the appointments were booked and completed. Jamie even followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the services. The service rates were reasonable and the value that I received from them were, to me, above and beyond. He even called to follow up with me on preventative measure to keep my basement safe for the future. I cannot thank Jamie and his team enough! I will definitely use their services again if I have any future problems!

It saddens me to imagine anyone going through an insurance claim without Jamie on their side. My partner and I had a horrible water damage loss in our home from a sewer back up just months after we purchased it. This being my first home, I went through the motions with the insurance company, and was paid out less than a quarter of what the cost to fix it was. On top of that, the company that the insurance company sent to mitigate the damage, left contaminated materials in our home where our children live and play. Everything finally changed when I reached out to CCS LLC. We were quickly informed that things weren’t done correctly. Jamie then sent people to correctly mitigate the damage and fought tirelessly for months to get us the correct amount needed to properly fix our home. I had no clue how horribly insurance companies would try to take advantage of people, and assumed we would just be stuck taking out a loan to pay the difference necessary for the damage in our home. He is better than getting an attorney. Seriously. That was what we considered but are much happier to have come across Jamie instead. Once we had him in our corner he handled all communications until we were finally paid out and our home was fixed. If you need anything done to your home or are going through a claim with insurance I urge you to contact CCS LLC. Without them who knows what situation we would be in. I wish I could tell the world about them so that no one ever has to go through something like this without them. Thanks again, Jamie! We couldn’t be more grateful!!!

CCS Property Services has been hands down the best company we’ve ever worked with in relation to our house, and certainly the most important. We called when we had a pipe leak in our home, noticing that we had a soggy wall. A team was out within 24 hours, carefully assessed the situation and properly found/mitigated mold, dried everything out, and replaced the pipe within a few days. Jamie coordinated all of the moving pieces that needed to take place for the build-back process (drywall, subfloor, flooring/trim). Everything was done in a timely manner, and everyone was professional, friendly, and cleaned up. Jamie also navigated us through insurance processes, and his years of experience of knowing the ins-and-outs made it an absolute success. Jamie has been doing this for over 30 years and made sure we felt taken care of and walked through each step of the process. He made himself available via phone call or text at any time. Though having water damage in your home is stressful and never comes at a ‘convenient’ time, we’ll look back on this as a success because of Jamie’s transparency in communication, efficiency, and support.
