Emergency is who you should call if you ever have fire or water damage. Penelope and her crew are by far the most professional restoration company in Wisconsin. As an Insurance Agent Penelope is my first call if an insured has a fire or water loss, I know that the repairs will be done right the first time and their response time in excellent. **Top notch service!** We contacted EFWR when we discovered water had leaked into our lower level. They were very responsive and helpful. Megan was so easy to work with and very kind. She helped to schedule the clean up and kept us updated. Penelope called to follow up as well, which was appreciated. Also, a special shout-out to Juan! He was very professional and explained every step to us. He and his helper did not waste any time getting things taken care of. We will definitely call this company again when it's time for the next steps with our home repairs!

I used the Madison, WI office crew for a small water damage situation. The mediation process provided was quick and thorough. Penelope was a true professional. I would recommend her as an employee to anyone. The rebuild was a horrible process. The so-called general contracting was a complete joke. The billing and estimate process was horrific. So completely dissatisfied and from what I hear, I am not the only one. State Farm recommended this company to me and I have filed a report with my agent. The sub-contractors were excellent and professional. They will wise up soon enough and end their relationships with this company.

My parents lost power at their home during storms this summer, knocking out the sump pump and their basement flooded with 4" of water. 4" is a lot of water! I drove down an hour and a half to see what I could do the next day. They had already gotten power back but the damage was done. Their insurance company pointed them at some big name cleanup service but it was going to be days until they could even come assess the damage. I know Penelope through a charitable group that we belong to and only had to make one call. She picked up the ball from there and ran with it. I'm in the trades and know that logistically nothing was easy, especially with all the local flooding that was going on. Pen and her team never dropped the ball. Within 36 hours of taking the call her team was on site in my parents basement doing work, my worries were over. I know who to recommend and so does my family of the need (or water) should arise again. Big thanks to Penelope and everyone that helped my parents!

We had a house warming and a Birthday Party planned at our home in 3 weeks when the Ice dam happened.
