Revive did an amazing job on our mold remediation project! We had some water in a finished room in the basement and thought we could handle things on our own. When we removed the wall we discovered a major mold infestation and decided to call in the professionals. Gena in the office was quick to respond and get us on the schedule. Brian really knew what he was doing on the initial inspection and the tools he brought to check for hidden areas of concern were next level. He was also on site during the work and was happy to answer any questions that arose. Paulino and Gaston were the technicians on site and they were fantastic! They informed us of the steps they were taking each day and the progress they were making. They warned us when things might get loud and what smells to expect. They were very friendly and personable as well, which isn’t always the case when you have workers in the house. I have already recommended Revive to a coworker! Great experience working with the whole team!

If I could give Revive Restoration more than 5 stars, I would. From project manager, Chris to his extraordinary crew members Devan and Reese to Cory Hamilton the communication and work product were outstanding. I was beyond overwhelmed when my basement flooded due to the catastrophic failure of my water heater. Cardinal Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical contacted Revive Restoration on my behalf, and they were on-site within 2 hours of that call to begin the water and mold mitigation process. Chris even went the extra mile to contact my insurance company to assist me in getting the best reimbursement I could possibly have hoped for. Cory kept me informed regarding the arrival times each day for the crew, and either Devan or Reese called me daily to let me know they on the way. The work they did was of the highest quality. Quite frankly, they restored my faith in local workmanship and helped me through a very stressful experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them to any homeowner in need of assistance. Clearly, Revive Restoration is a company that delivers only the best, and they are darn lucky to have Chris, Cory, Devan, and Reese in their employ. I already have Revive Restoration in my plans for another project after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

The Revive team did a great job recently in removing mold from our kitchen and basement. Brian ably managed the project from start to finish, even remembering to send someone to remove containment sheeting on the Wed before Thanksgiving so we could have use of the kitchen sink over the holiday weekend. Paulino and Jorge were the lead techs on project and worked hard for over week to set up containment areas, put down protective flooring, and remove the mold. Paulino was especially kind and patient about answering my questions about the work. Alex and Gaston filled in wherever extra help was needed and handled the final cleanup. Overall, we were very satisfied with the results. It’s clear that the entire team takes pride in their work

Last year on October 1st our kitchen caught on fire due to a faulty toaster. Called insurance and was instructed to find a restoration service. That’s how we stumbled on Revive Pros. Our 6 month relationship began with Logan and Alex two of Revive’s leads. Logan handled our claim first with the fire removal and mitigation. His team did very well cleaning up and removing the smoke/fire damage. Then came time to box up and remove damaged contents. They handled our personal belongings with care. They cleaned everything that was salvageable stored our items during the rebuild phase and brought everything back bubble wrapped in nice clean boxes. After Logan it was Alex’s turn on our rebuild phase.. This took some time to get under way as by this point we were moving into Christmas and New Year’s. Once things got up and running and we started to see progress it really became clear how nice this rebuild was going to turn out looking. We did experience some hang ups and minor frustrations along the way mainly with insurance and other things beyond Revives control. Every time though we hit a snag or had questions.. Both Logan and Alex were very receptive. We’d never wanna go through anything like this again but if we did .. we’d ask Revive to be in our corner. Thank you Revive Pros The Crusan’s .
